Precision mechanical parts, mold parts and cutting tool parts can also be produced.

We can machine molds up to 1.3 tons.

We also have an in-house design office.

Moulding tests can also be carried out at a partner transformer less than 10 minutes from V2E.

Our rigorous work method involves several stages to ensure that your project is under control (specifications, weekly manufacturing follow-up, sending of samples, fine-tuning, repatriation of tooling (by air or sea), possible injection tests close to V2E.

Mixed France / China

A third alternative may be to produce only certain elements in China, for example, by combining the design of your tooling in France, then the partial or complete production of the molds in China, and finally adjustment and assembly in Saint Romans. This type of service can help you to stay competitive in terms of tooling prices, while retaining a French project backbone.
